Att tänka positivt

Det är ingen nyhet att dina tankar styr mycket mer än här och nu. Det är faktiskt bevisat att du till och med kan tänka dig friskare.

Negativt självprat kan snabbt bli en dålig vana som är svår att märka. Du kanske alltid tänker att du är dålig på något eller att du inte borde ha testat en viss sak. Din inre röst är helt enkelt negativ. Vilken inre röst kanske du säger till dig själv? Just precis den rösten, den rösten som ofta är grunden till ett dåligt självförtroende och en negativ självbild.

När du lär dig själv att bli medveten om det kan du också försöka att sluta göra detta, sluta upp och ersätt det negativa budskapet med ett positivt.

Är du lite sämre på något kan du till exempel försöka tänka annorlunda. Tänk inte att du är dålig på något, utan förvandla det till idén att du blir bättre med träning.

Du kan övertyga dig själv om att du klarar det och berätta för dig själv att du tror på dig själv, få dig att tro på att du är kapabel till det som du faktiskt är kapabel till.

Säg till dig själv saker som: Du vinner, tro på dig själv, gör det du ska göra, tänk på din egen insats.

Träna sig själv att göra detta automatiskt. Det är inte lätt och kan till en början kännas ganska fjantigt och meningslöst. Det är inget av det. Det kommer göra stor skillnad på dig. När du lärt dig hantera det blir det också automatiskt så att du sprider positiv energi omkring dig. Vem vill inte det?

Det handlar alltså om att först bli medveten om att du har en inte dialog. Eftersom mycket av denna dialog förs omedvetet är det inte enkelt att upptäcka den. Med det går! Nästa steg blir att börja förändra dialogen till positiva budskap. Då kommer du märka att saker och ting blir annorlunda, ditt självförtroende kommer öka!

    added something to maybe grab people’s attention? I mean Att tänka positivt – Onlinecoachen is
    kinda boring. You could peek at Yahoo’s home page and watch how they create
    article headlines to get people interested. You might try adding a video or a related pic or two to get people interested about what you’ve written. Just my opinion, it could bring your website a little livelier.
