Har du svårt att få saker gjorda?

Kanske har du mycket planer men de blir liksom aldrig verklighet. Det finns många sätt att få saker gjorde och låt oss, innan vi skriver mer, komma överens om att olika personer behöver olika stöd för att få saker gjorde. Men i min värld finns det tre stycken saker som går att göra. Saker som gör att du får den där jobbiga saken gjorde eller den där underbara drömmen sann.

  • Gör en TO DO-list

Det här är nog det äldsta knepet men likförbaskat det absolut bästa och mest effektiva. Att skriva ned saker gör att du med större sannolikhet kommer ihåg att göra det. Du blir bättre på att sortera dina tankar i din hjärna, det blir mer överskådligt och när du bockar av en sak på listan kommer du känna en viss form av tillfredställelse som gör det mer troligt att du kommer fortsätta bocka av saker.

  • Diskutera med en vän

Ibland när det är svårt att komma igång med något så kan det vara bra att höra av sig till en vän och diskutera det. Där kan du få hjälp att hitta motivation. Kanske vill vännen hjälpa till? Kanske har vännen en metodik som gör skillnaden. Man ska aldrig underskatta att diskutera sina ”svårigheter” med de som står en nära. Jag har en kollega jag alltid ringer, ibland säger jag inte ens vad problemet är utan bara av att prata med hen får jag energi och göra saker.  

  • Stäng av mobilen, datorn och tv:n

Naturligtvis funkar ju inte detta om du behöver apparaten för att få saken gjord. Men är det andra saker, säg till exempel att du ska städa lägenheten. Stäng av allt som kan störa dig och bara kör. Idag är det så lätt att man får en snap, kollar den, råkar gå in på Instagram och fastnar i flödet. Flera minuter går till spillo och det som innan verkade så viktigt (att städa) kan glömmas bort eller görs slarvigt. Våga avskärma dig.

Testar du dessa tre sakerna löper du större chans att faktiskt uppnå det du vill. Kom ihåg, det är DU som är skillnaden!

    sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said ”You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
    She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab
